Job summary

PediaStaff is partnering with a pediatric therapy provider in Shively, KY to recruit a Speech-Language Pathologist for an outpatient clinic. The role supports children with communication, speech, language, feeding, and swallowing needs, in a clinician-led environment with mentorship for growth.

Positions are available full-time and part-time, with a typical 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule, offering flexible options including later hours and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted SLP license (or in licensure process).
• CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows welcomed.
• New graduates welcome with exceptional mentorship and support.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate children 0–18 with speech, language, feeding, and swallowing needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in a pediatric outpatient clinic.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary team to maximize outcomes.
• Educate families on strategies to support communication development.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as appropriate.
• Maintain licensure, ethics, and regulatory standards; document sessions and progress.
