Job summary

North-Texas-Therapy-and-Home-Car is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric therapy in patients' homes, with regular visits and coordination with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Texas licensure, and completion of the CCC-SLP, with pediatric and feeding experience highly valued. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, and drivers license is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or University.
• CCC-SLP completion and license to practice in Texas.
• Pediatrics experience is required.
• Home health experience is preferred.
• Feeding experience is required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled speech therapy services in the home or daytime facility for patients 0-21 years old, 2+ times weekly.
• Define degree and type of impairment using appropriate testing instruments.
• Interpret diagnostic data and prepare written reports.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to plan goals and interventions.
• Plan and modify care to meet speech therapy goals.
• Educate staff, caregivers, and patients through training materials and in-service programs.
• May supervise Clinical Fellows or SLP Assistants with 3+ years of experience.
