Job summary

North-Texas-Therapy-and-Home-Car is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric home health services in Texas. You will assess, diagnose, and implement therapy for children 0–21 years, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team and educating families.

Fulfillment includes potential supervision of fellows as you gain experience. The role requires a Master's in SLP, Texas licensure, and CCC-SLP fellowship.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Clinical Fellowship year completed (CCC-SLP)
• Texas license to practice SLP required.
• Experience in pediatrics required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Feeding experience required.
• Spanish language ability a plus.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled speech therapy services in the home or daytime facility for patients aged 0–21 years, 2+ visits per week.
• Define patient speech, language, voice, oral-motor, swallowing, feeding, auditory processing, and/or fluency impairments and select appropriate tests.
• Interpret diagnostic data and prepare written reports.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate goals and advise on speech therapy modalities.
• Plan and modify care to meet therapy goals.
• Educate staff, caregivers, and patients with training materials and in-service programs.
• Supervise Clinical Fellows or SLP Assistants if you have 3+ years of experience.
