Job summary

North-Texas-Therapy-and-Home-Car is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver in-home services for children from birth to 21 years, with a minimum of two visits weekly as ordered by physicians. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication, feeding, and swallowing disorders in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires a Master's in SLP, a Texas state license, and completion of the CCC-SLP fellowship.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or University.
• CCC-SLP Clinical Fellowship completed.
• Texas license to practice Speech-Language Pathology.
• Pediatrics経験 is required.
• Feeding experience is required.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled speech therapy services in the home or daytime facility for patients 0–21 years old, 2+ visits per week, per physician orders.
• Define patients' speech, language, voice, oral-motor, swallowing, feeding, or fluency impairments and select appropriate tests.
• Interpret diagnostic data and prepare written diagnostic reports.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to plan goals and advise the team on therapy modalities.
• Plan for and modify care to meet therapy goals.
• Educate staff, caregivers, and patients with training materials and in-service programs.
• May supervise Clinical Fellows or SLP Assistants with 3+ years of experience.
