Job summary

KidsCare Home Health is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric speech therapy in patients' homes. The role involves evaluating, planning, and delivering therapy with caregiver guidance to reinforce progress.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology with state licensure, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license. Pediatric/home health experience is preferred, with opportunities for professional growth and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and state licensure.
• Current state driver license and CPR certification.
• Pediatric clinical experience or home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy evaluations and direct treatment in home health setting.
• Coordinate with patient, family, and caregivers to reinforce therapy goals.
• Maintain documentation and communicate progress with families and care teams.
