Job summary

KidsCare Home Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric therapy in home settings. You will evaluate, treat, and train caregivers to reinforce skills at home, coordinating care with the office and other disciplines.

Applicants should have a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, a current state license, and CPR certification. Home health experience and responsibilities include managing caseloads and maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current state licensure as an SLP is required.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical speech therapy to pediatric patients at home.
• Screen, evaluate, treat and train family/caregivers.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain documentation and progress notes.
• Refer to other services as needed.
• Collaborate with team to meet organizational goals.
