Job summary

KidsCare Home Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric in-home therapy. You will evaluate and treat patients in their homes, guiding families and caregivers while coordinating with the clinical team.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, active state licensure, CPR certification, and have pediatric/home health experience preferred. A full benefits package and professional development are included.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• CPR certification.
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred.
• Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical speech therapy to pediatric patients in a home health setting.
• Direct patients and caregivers in selected tasks to reinforce and enhance performance.
• Maintain professional communication with families, physicians, and office staff.
• Attend internal and external education functions and participate in QAPI and quality improvement activities.
• Manage caseload with appropriate productivity and participate in mentoring of new hires.
