Job summary

PediaStaff in Louisville, KY is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join a pediatric outpatient clinic team. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted SLP license or in the licensure process.
• CCC-SLP is preferred; Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.
• Thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.
• Passion for working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate children aged 0-18 with speech, language, articulation, fluency, feeding, and pragmatic disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in an outpatient clinic.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary team to maximize outcomes.
• Educate families on communication strategies across environments.
• Maintain timely documentation of evaluations, sessions, and progress reports.
