PediaStaff in Louisville, KY is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join a pediatric outpatient clinic team. The role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, a Monday–Friday schedule, and a collaborative, mentorship-focused environment that supports new graduates and experienced clinicians.

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted SLP license or in the licensure process.
• CCC-SLP is preferred; Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate children aged 0-18 with speech, language, articulation, fluency, feeding, and pragmatic disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

• Educate families on communication strategies across environments.

Position Details

• Pediatric outpatient clinic setting

What You'll Do

• Evaluate children ages 0-18 with speech, language, fluency, voice, articulation, feeding, and pragmatic language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child's unique needs and goals
• Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy in a pediatric outpatient clinic setting
• Collaborate closely with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members to maximize functional outcomes
• Educate families on strategies to support communication development across environments
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
• Maintain professional and technical competencies while adhering to all state licensure, ethical, and regulatory standards
• Complete timely and accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress reports

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current, unrestricted Speech-Language Pathology license (or in the process of obtaining licensure)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
• Thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment
• Passion for working with children and families
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
