PediaStaff is partnering with a pediatric therapy provider in Louisville, KY to recruit a Speech-Language Pathologist for a pediatric outpatient clinic. This role offers full-time and part-time opportunities with a Monday–Friday schedule and potential for flexible options, including later hours and Saturdays.

Formación

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Speech-Language Pathology license (or in the process of obtaining licensure).
• CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and treat children 0–18 with communication, speech, language, feeding, and swallowing needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Position Details

What You'll Do

The primary responsibility of the Speech-Language Pathologist is to evaluate and provide treatment for children with communication, speech, language, feeding, and swallowing needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Evaluate children ages 0-18 with speech, language, fluency, voice, articulation, feeding, and pragmatic language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child's unique needs and goals
• Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy in a pediatric outpatient clinic setting
• Collaborate closely with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members to maximize functional outcomes
• Educate families on strategies to support communication development across environments
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
• Maintain professional and technical competencies while adhering to all state licensure, ethical, and regulatory standards
• Complete timely and accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress reports

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current, unrestricted Speech-Language Pathology license (or in the process of obtaining licensure)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
• Thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment
