Job summary

KidsCare Home Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat pediatric patients in home health settings. You will guide families and caregivers in therapeutic tasks and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.

Licensed SLP with a Master’s degree is required, along with CPR certification and a valid driver license. Pediatric and home health experience are preferred to support our CARE culture and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current state-issued professional licensure.
• Valid state driver license and CPR certification.
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred; home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical treatment to pediatric patients including screenings, evaluations and direct treatment.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain communication with patient and family regarding progress and home programs.
• Participate in Quality Assurance and professional development activities.
