Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide expert services in a school setting, helping students improve communication and overall academic success.

Responsibilities include evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and associated disorders, developing IEPs with families, and collaborating with teachers and staff in Ohio schools. This full-time contract offers flexible scheduling and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• CCC-SLP certification is required or active licensure is needed.
• Experience in pediatric or school-based settings is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with educators and families.
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions tailored to student needs.
• Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to support academic and social success.
• Maintain thorough records of evaluations, treatment plans, progress, and outcomes.
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary conferences, and professional development.
• Provide training and resources to support staff and family members.
