Job summary

Speech Therapy Plus LLC in Fair Lawn and Ramsey, NJ seeks an energetic Speech Language Pathologist to join a growing private practice serving toddlers to adolescents. You will provide skilled intervention, parent training, and collaborate with families across environments.

CF’s are welcome and pediatric experience is required. Weekend options and flexible 3–4 day schedules may be available to fit candidate needs.

Qualifications

• Pediatric experience is required.
• Strong CF’s will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat clients with a variety of communication disorders.
• Develop treatment plans with long- and short-term goals and methods to achieve success.
• Complete daily treatment notes and progress records.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, physicians, and other professionals for coordinated care.
• Monitor re-assessments per facility and insurance requirements.
• Provide client and caregiver education and home exercise programs when appropriate.
• Maintain a friendly and supportive rapport with clients and co-workers.
