Job summary

Speech Therapy Plus LLC, a growing private practice, invites energetic SLPs to join a dynamic team. The role spans Bridgewater and Cranford, NJ, focusing on integrative services for children, especially those with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

The position offers flexible daytime hours and both full-time and part-time options. Clinicians provide skilled intervention and parent training in sessions with toddlers through adolescents, emphasizing relationship-building with families to support progress

Qualifications

Pediatric experience is required.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and treat clients with a variety of communication disorders.
Develop treatment plans, determining long and short-term goals, and methods to achieve success for clients with a variety of communication disorders.
Complete daily treatment notes, maintain or records (e.g. progress reports, plan of care etc.).
Collaborate with parents, teachers, physicians and other professionals to communicate information and provide services in compliance with guidelines.
Monitor and maintain re-assessments of clients' services as deemed necessary by facility and/or client’s insurance carrier.
Provide client and parental/caregiver education and home exercise programs when appropriate.
Maintain a friendly and supportive rapport with clients, parents/caregiver, and facility co-workers.
