Job summary

Speech Therapy Plus LLC, a growing private practice, invites energetic SLPs to join a dynamic team. The role spans Bridgewater and Cranford, NJ, focusing on integrative services for children, especially those with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

The position offers flexible daytime hours and both full-time and part-time options. Clinicians provide skilled intervention and parent training in sessions with toddlers through adolescents, emphasizing relationship-building with families to support progress

Qualifications

• Pediatric experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat clients with a variety of communication disorders.
• Develop treatment plans, determining long and short-term goals, and methods to achieve success for clients with a variety of communication disorders.
• Complete daily treatment notes, maintain or records (e.g. progress reports, plan of care etc.).
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, physicians and other professionals to communicate information and provide services in compliance with guidelines.
• Monitor and maintain re-assessments of clients' services as deemed necessary by facility and/or client’s insurance carrier.
• Provide client and parental/caregiver education and home exercise programs when appropriate.
• Maintain a friendly and supportive rapport with clients, parents/caregiver, and facility co-workers.
