Strategic Montessori and Therapy Center is seeking a Part-Time Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our multidisciplinary team in Lawrenceville, NJ. You will deliver individualized therapy to young children with autism, focusing on communication, language, social interaction, and functional skills in a center-based setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• New Jersey SLP license or ability to obtain before start date.
• ASHA CCC-SLP or eligibility preferred or achievable.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized speech and language therapy to children ages 2–6 with autism.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations as appropriate.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals.
• Address receptive/expressive language, articulation, social communication, and functional communication.
• Support AAC use and implementation when appropriate.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment based on data.
• Collaborate with BCBA/ABA Therapists to support communication goals.
• Communicate with families regarding progress and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and multidisciplinary collaboration.
