Job summary

Spring-Klein Pediatric Clinic in Spring, TX seeks a dynamic Speech-Language Pathologist to join a collaborative outpatient team. The role focuses on pediatric therapy, mentorship through a Journeys Program, and growth within a family-centered clinic.

You will work with OTs, PTs, and BCBAs in a supportive environment, delivering evidence-based, play-based therapy and building lasting relationships with children and their families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
• Texas SLP license (or eligibility).
• Pediatric experience (including internships or CFY).
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
• Passion for helping children and families thrive.

Responsibilities

• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to support each child’s communication goals.
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized, engaging treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy that blends clinical expertise with creativity and play.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families.
