Job summary

MedCare Pediatric is seeking a Clinical Fellow – Speech-Language Pathologist (CF-SLP) to transform outcomes for children and families. You will conduct evaluations, deliver therapy across speech, language, feeding, and swallowing, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a supportive setting geared toward growth.

Ideal candidates are graduates of an accredited SLP program, Texas-licensed by start date, with pediatric interest; new grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Licensed to practice as an SLP in Texas by the anticipated start date.
• 1 year of experience preferred - new graduates welcome to apply.
• Experience in pediatrics preferred; bilingual skills a plus but not required.
• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy to address speech, language, feeding, and swallowing needs.
• Monitor and adjust plans to ensure progress and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support holistic care.
• Flexible Schedule Options: Full Time opening with Monday-Friday availability.
