Job summary

Cole-Health in Spring, TX is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist (CF or CCC-SLP) to join a pediatric outpatient clinic with a collaborative, mentorship-driven Journeys Program. You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team to assess and treat children, delivering play-based, evidence-driven therapy and building strong family relationships.

We offer flexible options—W-2 hourly, pay-per-visit, or 1099 contracts—with competitive salary ranges and sign-on / student loan support.

Qualifications

• CF/ASLP or CCC-SLP eligible
• Pediatric experience including CFY/internships
• Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Partner with multidisciplinary team to support each child’s communication goals
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapy blending clinical expertise with play and creativity
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families
