Job summary

Cole Health’s Spring-Klein pediatric clinic seeks an experienced SLP to join a collaborative, team-driven outpatient setting. You’ll work with CFs and seasoned clinicians, participate in the Journeys Program, and receive structured mentorship to build your clinical voice and confidence.

This role offers flexible scheduling, a strong referral network, and a commitment to play‑based, evidence‑driven care for children and families, with compensation options including W-2 hourly, pay-per-visit, or

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Texas SLP license are required.
  • Pediatric experience in clinical settings is preferred.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with a multidisciplinary team to support each child’s communication goals.
  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized, engaging treatment plans.
  • Deliver therapy blending clinical expertise with creativity and play.
  • Build meaningful relationships with patients and families.

Compensation Options - Contract, Part‑time or Fulltime positions -

We offer multiple ways to join based on your preferences and career goals:


W-2 / Hourly Positions:


  • SLP (CF to CCC-SLP): $65,000–$85,000 annually

  • Bilingual SLP (Spanish/English): $68,000–$90,000 annually


W-2/ Pay-Per-Visit (Optional):


  • SLP: $50–$76/hour (Based on experience and bilingual status)


1099/Contractor (Optional):


  • SLP: $30/session or $60/hour & $80/Evaluation


Flexible Scheduling

  • Traditional 5x8s

  • 4x9s + half-day Friday

  • 4x10s
