Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a full-time, center-based Speech Language Pathologist to join a motivated team transforming lives of children with autism. You will provide center-based services, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and support families through training and assessments.

Hours are Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm. Salary $75k–$90k USD with comprehensive benefits: PTO, 401k, health/dental/vision insurance, disability, life coverage, tuition reimbursement, and student loan assistance.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology is required.
• CCC-SLP certification or eligibility is required.
• State licensure in good standing is required.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams is preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication with colleagues, direct reports, and caregivers is essential.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide center-based speech-language pathology services for children with autism.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (OTs, SLPs, BCBAs, RBTs).
• Provide training to team members and families.
• Conduct assessments.
• Create treatment plans.
• Monitor and manage client progress.
