Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in Benicia, CA for a school-year contract. The role involves assessments, IEPs, collaboration with educators and families, and delivering therapy either on-site or via teletherapy.

The ideal candidate has a CA CCC or CFY eligibility, pediatric school experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to adapt to varied caseloads and district needs.

Qualifications

• Valid California SLP credential required (CCC, CFY, or eligible).
• Skilled in pediatric SLP, including school-based support and healthcare contexts.
• Experience or interest in teletherapy services preferred.
• Proficient in creating IEPs and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring.
• Develop tailored therapy plans to meet IEP goals for each student.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other providers to support student success.
• Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings.
• Flexibly deliver services on-site or online, depending on district needs.
