Qualifications

• Valid IL SLP license required.
• CCC-SLP certification required.
• Experience in school settings with mild–moderate and some severe needs.
• Proficiency with AAC devices a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration with students, staff, and families.
• Knowledge of IEP processes and educational documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students across a varied caseload.
• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs.
• Consult with teachers, families, and support teams regarding student progress and strategies.
• Maintain accurate records and timely documentation per state and district policies.
• Contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams as needed.
