Shriners Children’s Spokane is seeking a full-time Appointment Coordinator to accurately schedule appointments, enter data into the computerized system, answer phones, and direct calls as needed. The successful candidate will follow established Best Practices and bring basic scheduling competencies to the assigned area.
Responsibilities include scheduling and rescheduling, patient registration and updates, using PowerChart for information, and supporting other scheduling positions.

Job Description .The Appointment Coordinator accurately schedules appointments, enters data into computerized appointment system, answers phone, and directs calls as needed. Schedulers will have the basic scheduling competencies to follow established Best Practices and be able to perform specific duties to an assigned area. Shriners Spokane is looking for a full-time Appointment Coordinator to join the team!
The pay range for this position is $17.13-$25.38/hourly. Compensation is determined based on years of relevant experience and departmental equity.
