• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of medical office or insurance handling experience preferred.
• Spanish bilingual is highly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Register patients by handling patient insurance and other information
• Maintain confidentiality while handling medical information
• Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate individuals
• Mail paperwork to patients, doctors and other facilities as needed
• File paperwork and other materials as directed
• Other duties and responsibilities as needed
