Job summary

Apex Pediatric Therapy Services provides ABA, speech and occupational therapy services to children and adolescents. We are currently looking for a positive, creative and energetic scheduler / receptionist.

Schedule needed: Monday and Wednesday 3:30 to 7:30pm and Sunday 8am to 5pm. You will manage therapists’ schedules, keep schedules updated in the system, arrange coverage for cancellations, and support continuity of care as new therapists join or depart.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Proven history of customer-centric approach.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing schedule related needs while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Excellent organization, planning, prioritization and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage therapists’ schedules as per the need of the clients.
• Keep all schedules up to date on the scheduling system.
• Arrange coverage for therapists’ cancellations.
• Manage continuity of care as new therapists join and others exit.
• Maintain upcoming time off schedule and ensure coverage for time offs for short term and long term needs.
• Address clients’ request for schedule changes as and when needed.
• Keep the facilities organized and clean at all times.
• Other administrative duties as assigned.
