Job summary

Grand Peaks Behavioral Health is seeking a friendly, organized receptionist to join our St. Anthony and Rexburg clinics. As the first point of contact for patients, families, and visitors, you will greet, check in, collect co-pays, and route calls while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

The role is full-time with schedule Mon, Wed & Fri 7:50 am - 6:00 pm, plus 1 flexible weekday off (Tues or Thurs). Shifts occur at one location per day, with potential rotation between sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six months healthcare receptionist experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish and English is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff.
• Answer and direct phone calls; schedule appointments; collect co-pays and patient payments.
• Support scheduling and coordination for school-based therapy services.
• Maintain accurate patient demographic and insurance information.
• Maintain strict patient confidentiality.
• Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out and paperwork.
• Assist with general office duties.
