Bon Secours seeks a Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) at St. Mary's Hospital Richmond. The role delivers exceptional nursing care to pediatric patients, with rotating day/night shifts. Includes collaboration with care teams, and responsibilities across inpatient and outpatient settings.

Required RN license; BSN preferred, BLS/PALS preferred; 1 year pediatric or related experience; Epic EHR knowledge preferred. Competitive benefits and rounding shift coverage are offered.

Formación

• RN license required in state of practice.
• 1 year of RN experience required.
• Pediatrics–related experience preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• BLS or PALS certifications preferred at hire.

Responsabilidades

• Perform initial and ongoing pediatric patient assessments with interdisciplinary team.
• Provide inpatient and outpatient pediatric nursing care as applicable.
• Develop and revise patient care plans to improve outcomes.
• Administer medications safely per state practice and policies.
• Support a safe, therapeutic environment for patients.
