Job summary

Bon Secours is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department at St. Mary’s in Richmond, VA. This part-time night-shift role is 2 twelve-hour shifts per week, with duties including patient assessment, care coordination, and high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum requirements include an accredited nursing degree and RN licensure; BLS/ACLS/PALS are preferred and encouraged to obtain within six months of hire. EPIC EHR experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associates degree or Bachelors degree in Nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications (preferred at hire; must obtain within 6 months).
• One year of RN experience; ER/CC preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Care for groups of patients in a fast-paced ED setting.
• Evaluate and revise the plan of care to achieve outcomes.
• Serve as point of contact for patient care coordination.
