Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health seeks an ICU (Critical Care) Registered Nurse for St. Mary's Hospital in Richmond.

The ideal candidate will provide exceptional nursing care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and assess and implement patient care plans in a fast-paced critical care environment. The role requires RN licensure, BLS/ACLS/PALS as eligible, and 1 year of RN experience with CCU/Med-Surg or ED exposure.

Qualifications

• 1 year RN experience required
• 6 months RN experience in Med/Surg, CCU, Stepdown or ED preferred
• BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications as noted (preferred at hire)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team
• Assess patient status and develop plans of care
• Administer medications safely per policies
• Monitor and respond to rapidly changing patient conditions
• Support and educate patients and families as needed
