Qualifications

• Licensed RN with a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s or higher.
• 2-5 years of supervisory experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and 5-10 years of experience.

• Manage personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee patient care operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
