Role Overview: The House Supervisor provides administrative oversight across hospital departments, ensuring safe patient care, staffing, and complaint management. They act as on-site leader during off-shifts, liaising with departments and consulting with on-call administrators to resolve clinical issues and handle exceptional circumstances.

Key Responsibilities
