Job summary

You will assess and monitor patients from infant to age 21, administer treatments, document in EPIC EMR, collaborate with physicians, educate families, and participate in rounds. NJ license and BLS/NRP required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• American Heart Association BLS & NRP certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• At least one year Mother Baby patient care experience.
• Comfort with EPIC EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and recognize clinical changes.
• Provide safe, evidence-based medications and hands-on care.
• Collaborate with physicians and advanced providers for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and families for informed care decisions.
• Document accurately in the EMR to ensure continuity and safety.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and team communications.
