Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (RN).
• Valid registered nursing license to practice in appropriate state of work.
• 2 years of progressively responsible supervisory and administrative experience.
• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership of clinical staff in the ProMedica Physicians division.
• Collaborate with medical leadership to ensure smooth facility operations and high-quality service.
• Plan and implement staff development activities, including coaching and educational programming.
• Ensure routine processes are in place to manage supply inventory and monitor budget performance.
