Job summary

ProMedica is seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor for the Monroe Pediatrics PPG in Michigan. You will lead clinical staff, partner with medical leadership to ensure efficient operations and high-quality patient care, and drive staff development through coaching and education programs.

You will oversee inventory and budget considerations to maintain smooth clinic functioning. The role requires 2+ years of supervisory experience, an RN license, and ACLS certification within six months of hire.

Qualifications

• RN degree from an accredited program.
• Valid RN license to practice in the relevant state.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory/administrative experience.
• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership of clinical staff within ProMedica Physicians division.
• Collaborate with medical leadership to ensure smooth facility operations and high-quality service.
• Plan and deliver staff development, coaching, and educational programming.
• Manage supply inventory processes and monitor budget performance.
