Job summary

ProMedica is seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor for the Monroe Pediatrics PPG in Michigan. You will lead clinical staff, partner with medical leadership to ensure efficient operations and high-quality patient care, and drive staff development through coaching and education programs.

You will oversee inventory and budget considerations to maintain smooth clinic functioning. The role requires 2+ years of supervisory experience, an RN license, and ACLS certification within six months of hire.

Qualifications

• RN degree from an accredited program.
• Valid RN license to practice in the relevant state.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory/administrative experience.
• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

As the RN Clinical Supervisor, you provide leadership of clinical staff in the ProMedica Physicians division. You will work closely with medical leadership to ensure smooth facility operations while providing high-quality service.

You will plan and implement staff development activities, including individual coaching and guidance and educational programming.

In this role, you will ensure routine processes are in place to keep appropriate supply inventory and monitor the budget performance.

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (RN)
• Valid registered nursing license to practice in appropriate state of work
• 2 years of progressively responsible supervisory and administrative experience
• Must meet ACLS certification with 6 (six) months of hire
