The Registered Respiratory Therapist will join McLane Children's Hospital in Temple, TX, for full-time night shifts in pediatrics, delivering oxygen, aerosol and airway therapies as part of a dedicated care team. • Associate's degree or 2 years of work experience above minimum qualification.
• Experience: Less than 1 year of experience.
• BLS within 30 days of hire; Texas RCP license; RRT certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs respiratory care services including oxygen and aerosol therapy per care plan.
• Works with attending physician and care team to administer care.
• Adheres to infection control, HIPAA, time and attendance policies.
• Maintains professional conduct and supports continuous quality improvement.
