Job summary

Advocate Children’s Hospital in Oak Lawn seeks a Respiratory Therapist to deliver comprehensive pediatric respiratory care in NICU, PICU, and ED. You will manage ventilators, administer therapies, and collaborate with physicians to ensure safe, compassionate patient care.

Full-time, 36 hours/week, 3rd shift (7pm-7am) with Every other weekend and holiday rotation. Eligible for a $15,000 sign-on bonus, relocation bonus, and Loft clinical ladder bonuses up to $6,000.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited respiratory care program with at least an associate degree.
• License as Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) plus NBRC credential (RRT or CRT).
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate pediatric respiratory care across NICU, PICU, and ED.
• Operate ventilators and administer therapies per physician orders.
• Educate patients and families, and ensure patient safety and quality care.
