Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy.
• CRT certification to be obtained within 45 days.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, ACCS certifications to be obtained within 0 months unless noted otherwise.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive respiratory care per established standards.
• Operate specialized ventilators in ICU and other critical/non-critical areas.
• Educate patients on therapy purpose, technique, and self-care.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment; ensure safety and proper functionality.
