Job summary

Children’s Minnesota is seeking a Resource Management Coordinator to identify unit staffing needs and finalize staffing plans across multiple campuses. You will work with the Hospital Nursing Supervisor to address urgent staffing challenges during shifts and ensure patient flow remains uninterrupted.

The role requires experience in hospital administration, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to prioritize under pressure.

Responsibilities

• The Resource Management Coordinator identifies unit staffing requirements and finalizes overall organizational staffing plan utilizing available resources with minimal supervision. In collaboration with the Hospital Nursing Supervisor will problem solve and seek remedy of unique and imminent unit staffing needs during their assigned shifts.
• The RMC 1 utilizes CTCC online MNA contracts and SAC policies; SEIU contract and practices; and non-contract policies/practices when finalizing staffing plans. They are responsible for triaging clinical staffing areas of concern and alerting the Hospital Nursing Supervisor when needed.
