Qualifications

• RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where care is provided.
• Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience; 2 years preferred.
• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.

Responsibilities

• Float to facilities within the designated zones to cover pediatrics.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Uphold safety culture and document accurately in the EHR.
• Collaborate with care teams and delegate appropriately.
• Participate in quality initiatives and professional development.
• Follow ANA Code of Ethics and ensure ethical decision making.
