Job summary

Atrium Health in Charlotte is seeking a Resource Registered Nurse for the Pediatric Resource Team. This part-time RN will float to facilities including LCH, Cabarrus, University, Pineville, and Union, delivering patient-centered care and promoting safety.

You will apply the nursing process, participate in quality initiatives, maintain accurate EHR documentation, and collaborate with the care team. Requires RN license and BLS; typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program with RN license.
• BLS certification; state licensure in practice area.
• 1 year clinical nursing experience typical; 2 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages in governance and quality initiatives to improve care.
• Uses nursing process to assess, plan, and evaluate care with families.
• Monitors patient conditions and adjusts care plans.

• May float to other units within the service area.
