Job summary

Mary Bridge Children's Hospital & Health Network in Tacoma, WA is seeking a Staff RN for pediatric care on nights, 0.9 FTE, 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends. You’ll provide nursing care with a multidisciplinary team, following hospital policies and the nursing process.

The role emphasizes patient advocacy, family-centered care, and ongoing professional development within MultiCare’s nursing excellence. BSN preferred; BLS and department-specific certifications required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Washington State or MLS endorsement.
• BSN preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.
• ACLS or PALS or TNCC or NRP certification as required by facility.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis.
• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care and patient experience.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families, and staff.
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care promoting autonomy and dignity of patients.
