Job summary

Mary Bridge Children's Hospital is seeking a staff RN to join our hospital-based team in Tacoma. This full-time, 0.9 FTE role features day shifts with 12-hour rotations, offering the chance to impact pediatric care within a top regional system.

You will apply specialized training and nursing care in a multidisciplinary setting, contributing to families’ well-being while advancing professional development and collaborative practice at MultiCare.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Washington State or MLS
• BSN preferred
• Current BLS Certification required
• ACLS/NALS/PALS/TNCC/NRP certification as required by facility
• Certification in specialty area preferred
• One year of acute care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating continuously
• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process per hospital policies and protocols
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and cost reduction
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families, nursing staff and health care team
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care respecting diversity and autonomy
