Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent is required.
• Advanced nursing degree (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) is preferred.
• Washington RN license and CPR certification are required.
• ACLS/NALS/PALS/TNCC/NRP certifications as required by facility.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering, and evaluating continuously.
• Deliver care using the nursing process per hospital policies and protocols.
• Collaborate with nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience, and cost reduction.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families, staff, and health care team.
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds.
