Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Pediatric Research Division.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets and reconcile division accounts.
• Manage HR activities: recruitment, new hires, onboarding, terminations, salary changes.
• Approve financial activities in S4 Hana, travel requests, reimbursements, and POs.
• Supervise BCM office staff and mentor direct reports.
• Collaborate with PIs, Postdocs, and staff on program decisions.
• Coordinate pre/post award activities for research.
