Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Four years of relevant experience required.
Master's degree plus 2 years of relevant experience considered.
Project or program coordination experience preferred.
Strong organizational, analytical, finance, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and tracking tools.
Experience with Pivot Tables and Excel data analysis.

Responsibilities

Provide enterprise operational reporting, analytics, and decision support.
Support operational financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholder collaboration across departments to align priorities.
Develop standardized operational processes, governance, and reporting methodologies.
