Job summary

Children’s Nebraska is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for Rehabilitation Services to lead pediatric and adolescent therapy programs (PT, OT, SLP, feeding & dysphagia, audiology). This role combines direct clinical practice with staff development, care coordination, and daily operations to ensure high-quality patient outcomes within a family-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology required.
• 3 years clinical experience in acute or outpatient pediatric/adolescent therapy required.
• 2 years pediatric feeding & dysphagia experience (for Supervisor of Feeding & Dysphagia only) required.
• Lead/preceptor/supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline clinical and operational leadership for pediatric and adolescent therapy services, including PT, OT, SLP, feeding & dysphagia and audiology.
• Support onboarding, competency assessment, coaching, and professional development of therapy staff.
• Coordinate daily staffing, scheduling, and workflow to ensure patient access and efficient operations.
• Participate in quality improvement, program development, and financial stewardship initiatives; promote family-centered care.
