Job summary

Leaps & Bounds Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to support the Clinic Director in delivering high-quality outpatient therapy services. You will supervise day-to-day clinic operations, staffing, and workflows to ensure safe, family-centered care across Physical, Occupational, and Speech disciplines.

You will mentor therapists and administrative staff, manage scheduling and onboarding, and collaborate with HR and leadership to continuously improve patient flow and program

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Speech, Occupational, or Physical therapist in the state of California.
• Minimum of 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Must be available to work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to problem solve and maintain professionalism with families and patients.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Raintree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure a safe, family-centered environment for patient care.
• Collaborate with Clinic Director on staffing, scheduling, and processes.
• Ensure compliance with policies, healthcare standards, safety expectations, and documentation requirements.
• Hire and onboard new clinical staff with training materials.
• Provide leadership to therapists, administrative staff, and support personnel.
• Manage scheduling, time-off requests, and adjustments needed to support patient care operations.
• Lead team meetings and provide weekly reports to leadership.
• Mentor clinicians to promote consistent, high-quality care.
• Coordinate with HR on recruitment and performance management.
• Support patient flow and treatment logistics on-site.
