Job summary

Children’s Nebraska seeks a Clinical Supervisor to lead pediatric and adolescent rehabilitation services, including PT, OT, speech-language pathology, feeding and dysphagia, and audiology. You will model clinical practice, mentor staff, ensure high-quality patient care, and oversee onboarding, competency, and performance development.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech Language Pathology is required.
• 3 years of clinical experience in acute or outpatient pediatric/adolescent therapy is required.
• 2 years of pediatric feeding & dysphagia experience is required for the Supervisor of Feeding & Dysphagia.
• Lead/preceptor/supervisory experience is preferred.
• Active Nebraska state licensure in PT/OT/SLP and BLS certification are required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Direct clinical care within pediatric/adolescent therapy.
• Lead and mentor therapy staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate daily staffing, scheduling, and workflow for rehabilitation services.
• Support quality improvement, program development, and regulatory compliance.
