Children’s Nebraska is seeking a dedicated rehabilitation services support role to assist PT/OT/speech therapy teams and help manage patient flow. You will handle scheduling, patient greetings, and front desk tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations.
The role also covers infection control, inventory management, and clerical duties to support high-quality patient care. A High School Diploma or GED and strong communication skills are required.
Schedule: Tuesday/ Wednesday 1:00pm-6:00pm, Fridays 7:30-6:00

Supports the provision of care for PT,OT, Speech & Audiology services by maintaining/supporting a safe environment through infection prevention practices & organization of department. Functions as frontline communicators with patients, caregivers, community, and team. Maintains supply inventory and managing work requests. Assists with direct patient care. Facilitates access to care through arrival, scheduling, & managing orders/Medicaid Re-certifications.

This group handles all therapies offered at Children's, including speech therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy and rehabilitative services.
